Caitlin M. has a Masters in Library Science from the Palmer School in Manhattan, and has worked primarily with comic book collections and alternative libraries. These include The Center for Cartoon Studies, The Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center, Marvel Comics, the Bulliet Comics Collection at Columbia University, and CUNY Hunter‘s Zabar Art Library.
She is currently working as a curator for the Billy Ireland Cartoon Library & Museum in Columbus, Ohio, where she started the Dylan Williams Collection, and handles outreach and exhibits. She also runs the library blog where she writes about comics history.
In January of 2010, she wrote an article entitled “Comic Book Maintenance and Preservation for Archives and Special Collections” for Diamond Comic’s “Bookshelf” publication.
She has also won a fancy award from the New York Library Club, which some people wrote about.
